Refund policy

Custom or personalized items and sale/final items can’t be returned. If your purchase has any damage, you have 7 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or refund. Return labels are at the cost of the customer and vary depending on your location.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.
