  • Our packages are only shipped through the United States Postal Services, and we currently only offer Ground Advantage Shipping for regular orders. If you would like to place a bundle order, shipping costs will vary. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • After our Charmer Team processes and creates your order, shipping from our store is estimated to take from one (1) to three (3) business days from when the package is dropped off at the post office for Ground Advantage Shipping. You will receive an email from us once the package is on it’s way!

  • Yes! Each customer will receive an email with an update on the shipping of their package after it is given to USPS. The email will give you a unique tracking number to trace your shipping progress through the USPS website. If you do not receive an email, please reach out to us and we will be glad to assist you.

  • Currently, our store only ships within the United States of America, and not internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Shipping costs a flat rate of $4.00 per order and is automatically added to your total during checkout. It is specified in the itemized receipt part of your order, along with sales tax. You will be able to view the shipping cost on the checkout page as well as on your emailed receipt. For a bundled order, the price of shipping may vary.
